Whereas, the Constitution Club of India was established in February 1947 with the objective of fostering social interaction and providing the customary amenities of club life for the benefit of the Members of the Indian Constituent Assembly;

And Whereas, the Constitution Club of India has, over time, emerged as a distinguished and enviable forum, providing a prestigious platform for interaction among past and present Members of Parliament;

And Whereas, it has been deemed expedient to constitute a Society for the furtherance and effective implementation of its principal aims and objectives;
